Thank you for considering K R Catering for your BBQ catering needs.

We pride ourselves on this fact: We do not do run-of-the-mill BBQ.  We invented and commercialized our own way of doing BBQ. We do a combination of grilling over oak and/or hickory, then baking for unmatched flavor with amazing results. Let our 25 years of experience give you that something special for your next BBQ event.
 

Menu Suggestion #1

Our Famous Baby Back Ribs ( 3 )
First dry rubbed, then lightly smoked, and
finished on the grill with our own BBQ sauce.

 Marinated and charbroiled Chicken Leg and Thigh

a combination of flavors you won’t forget -- olive oil,  onions, garlic, fresh rosemary

Ken’s Amazing Chili - the base of this chili? Cubed beef and pork, hamburger, Italian sausage, chorizo and… Hey, that’s all you’re going to get out of me!

1/2 Ear of Fresh Corn on the Cob

Watermelon Salad
salt, pepper, fresh basil and feta cheese
make this a unique and refreshing salad!

5 oz. London Broil Top Sirloin Beef
topped with grilled onions!
and

5 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
with Black Jack BBQ Sauce.
Not your ordinary red sauce -- jalapeño, tomato paste, garlic, brown sugar, apple cider and  brewed coffee are just some of the ingredients in this fantastic sauce. 

Roasted Red Potatoes
Small baby creamer potatoes split in half and baked
with garlic, seasonings and fresh rosemary

Charbroiled Fresh Vegetables
 Marinated in our vinaigrette, then charbroiled to perfection on the skewer  
(Note: This charbroiler has never seen any kind of meat!
It’s only been used for vegetables.)

Crisp Caesar Salad
Always a classic!
